The new restaurant in Glemmtal is also right in the middle of it all. Between Saalbach and Hinterglemm, in the middle of the world-famous Skicircus - and, above all, right in the middle of it all instead of just being there when it comes to holistic enjoyment from breakfast to sharing dinners.

Welcome to the new culinary hotspot in Glemmtal. Our idea is easy: Sharing is Pairing. Or to put it in more detail: food sharing is food pairing. Because "tasting delicacies" means: whatever you combine, it fits!

The choice is yours, quite simply. From a wide variety of soups, starters, main courses, side dishes, vegetable variations, salads, sauces and much more. You can then create your own individual menu. Your favorite dish. Your pleasure favorites!

You in turn share these with your favorite people. Just like at grandma's Sunday table. Or everyone enjoys their own thing. Just the way you like it! 

So whether you combine the pink roasted saddle of venison with mountain cheese risotto or potato and celery puree, or opt for the potato gratin with bacon and onions to go with the pumpkin and chestnut ragout with herb cream, or prefer Alpine herb napkin dumplings, everything tastes good, everything harmonizes, everything goes together!

Colin is actually a hidden Santa Claus. But at the same time a cute puppy dog, with a pinch of Celtic and ancient Greek roots if you dig deep enough.Colin has many meanings, all of them good and beautiful, but Colin´s is quite simply our baby.  Our culinary concept, to be precise. The concept that we have always wanted to implement. In which the old tradition of sharing bowls and plates at the table, from which everyone puts together their favorite delicacies, mixes with modern cuisine. It thinks outside the box, is a bit hip and crazy, but then ends up with schnitzel again. Our vision is simple and complex at the same time: after a wonderful day's skiing or a summer hike, you should be able to sit back and enjoy your meal. No more and no less. You should feel comfortable and well looked after. With regional, sustainable cuisine. And a a bit Sophistication! That´s it!

Our wine cabinet is filled with the most delicious wines from all over the world, just waiting to be decanted, tasted and discovered! By the glass, but of course also by the bottle as wine sharing! But perhaps start with a refreshing beer, a sparkling Prosecco, a tangy Aperol or a fruityAmaretto Sourto get you in the mood for the evening? A gin and tonic is also the perfect liquid starter to a successful dinner!

What's the best way to start a brilliant day in the Skicircus? With a hearty breakfast! Because one thing is certain: the next day will be great! With fresh energy for everything that's to come, it's time for the first big treat of the day, because a good, hearty breakfast with lots of delicious regional delicacies, whether sweet or savory, simply makes you want more! That's why we recommend it: Simply start the day with a relaxed "Break Slow", take your time, because speed and the spirit of curves will come soon enough.
